The Susi Air Online Booking facility is owned and operated by PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation("Susi Air"). When you use the Susi Air Online Booking to make a reservation, you signify your agreement to these Conditions of Use, Conditions of Carriage for Passenger and Baggage, other applicable terms, conditions, and notices, including but not limited to the Fares Rules. If this is not your intention and you disagree with any part of these Conditions of Use or such other applicable terms and conditions, DO NOT USE the online booking facility.

The Susi Air Online Booking facility is solely to assist you in determining the availability of travel-related goods and services and to make legitimate reservations or purchases for yourself and those travelling with you. Abuse of the Susi Air Online Booking facility may result in, amongst other things, your being denied access to it.

Other terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services. You will abide by the applicable terms and conditions of purchase, including payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of fares, products, or services. You are solely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies and assessments arising out of the use of the Susi Air Online Booking facility.

We reserve the right at our absolute discretion and without liability at any time to :

• change, modify, alter, adapt, add or remove any of the terms and conditions contained herein; and/or
• change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of this Susi Air Online Booking facility.

Carriage for passenger and baggage on flights operated by us is subject to Susi Air General Conditions of Carriage for Passenger and Baggage.

You represent that you are of legal age to use the Susi Air Online Booking facility in accordance with these Conditions of Use and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this Susi Air Online Booking facility. You are financially responsible for all uses of this Susi Air Online Booking facility by yourself and those using your login information. You will supervise all usage of the Susi Air Online Booking facility under your name or account. You warrant that all information supplied by you and members of your household in using the Susi Air Online Booking facility are true and accurate.

You shall not use this Susi Air Online Booking facility for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to make any unauthorized, speculative, false or fraudulent reservation.

You must not:

If Susi Air (in its sole discretion) believes that you are in breach, or will be in breach, of any of these Conditions of Use, Susi Air reserves its right to cancel your booking without giving you a reason and/or without further notice to you and Susi Air has no obligation for the consequences arising out of the cancellation.**

** EDU ( early detection unit ) will do the cancelation on behalf of Susi Air if the transaction is verified as suspected of fraud.

Susi Air Online Booking facility only for ticket purchasing and not purposed as a browsing price tools. Violation of this will take an action by Susi Air.

Susi Air may cancel or suspend your use of the Susi Air Online booking facility at any time without notice if Susi Air suspects that the booking facility user ID and PIN may be used:

(a) by persons that have not been authorized by you; or
(b) in breach of these Conditions of Use; or
(c) in a manner that may cause loss to you or Susi Air. Susi Air may, at any time and at its sole discretion and without cause or notice, terminate or restrict your access to the Susi Air Online booking facility or refuse to give effect to any reservation you request through the booking facility without giving any reason or notice to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Susi Air is not liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, including those based in negligence, whether actual, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential (including lost profits or other special damages) which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the following items:

(a) access or use of the Susi Air Online Booking facility;
(b) data, information or material contained in the Susi Air Online Booking facility including the use of such data, information or material to check prices and availability or for reservations, ticketing or any other use;
(c) submission of any personal or business information, including bank and credit card details;
(d) unavailability of the Susi Air Online Booking facility to you in whole or in part or any failure or delay in any way connected with the use of the Susi Air booking facility because of the global computer network, ancillary equipment, the systems of Susi Air systems or technology or any other circumstances, including the use of or inability to use the Susi Air Online booking facility to check prices and availability or for reservations, ticketing or any other use;
(e) the performance or non-performance by Susi Air or the failure of any function or service associated with the Susi Air Online booking facility, in whole or in part;
(f) any unauthorized access or breach of security into the Susi Air Online booking facility through the global computer network; and
(g) any booking or reservation made through the Susi Air booking facility that has not registered or is incomplete or is delayed or is in error.

If Susi Air is found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of and/or is in any way connected with any accessing or use of the Susi Air Online booking facility then the liability of Susi Air will in no event exceed, in the aggregate, any amount paid by you for accessing the Susi Air Online booking facility.

Nothing in our Susi Air Online Booking facility constitutes an offer to sell any securities and cannot under any circumstances be relied upon for investment dealings of whatever nature.

These terms and conditions and this Susi Air Online Booking facilitties Content shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and the courts of District Court of Jakarta Selatan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute which may arise in relation there to.
